Here in the United States these protests are getting outrageous. 
Its not that there are that many people. The amazing thing is 
these "peace lovers" are getting violent and getting arrested as 
a result. One hundred arrested in Chicago again today....and 
then they file bullshit lawsuits that costs working taxpayers 
while 75% of those arrested are unemployed...already drawing tax 
money and being paid by organizations such as A.N.S.W.E.R. 
(socialist/communist) TO protest! Its a joke. It isn't about 
their rights or even the war. Most are pacifist liberal ex-hippy 
types trying to relive their "glory days". Ya, unemployed street 
bums more like. I'd pepper spray the lot of 'em and clean their 
eyes out with high-pressure firehoses! Knock their ungratefull 
asses about 2 blocks down the street!

If they can't figure out which side their on when U.S. troops 
are facing fierce combat and are being killed then these un-
American assholes should be advised to leave the country...and 
I've advised a few already! Whether or not they really oppose 
the war or not is a mute point at this time. When their actions 
become detrimental to our troops and country as a whole then 
enough is enough.

The "peace" demonstrations in the U.K. have taken a violent turn 
recently as well and maybe U.K.Citizen could shed some light on 
that.

I have noticed Bush has climbed back to 70% or so in the 
popularity polls (which I put little faith in) and Toney Blair 
has been climbing in the U.K. too but don't recall the figure 
there.

LONDON, March 25 (AFP) - Iraqi forces in Basra were Tuesday 
firing mortars on fellow Iraqis who were rebelling against them 
in the strategic town and British forces were firing artillery 
on these mortar positions, the Sky News TV channel said in a 
report from the region monitored in London. 

"It appears that the people of Basra have basically had enough 
of the Saddam regime," the reporter said. 

He said British military intelligence had reported that "Iraqi 
forces are firing mortar rounds on protestors who are actually 
rebelling against the ruling Baath party." 

He said British forces were "firing heavy artillery on the 
locations of those mortars. Specific radar equipment can tell 
(the British forces) actually where those mortars are being 
fired." 

There were also British air strikes, Sky News correspondents 
said. 

A correspondent said it was apparently "a popular uprising 
against the Baath party of Saddam Hussein," something British 
and US commanders have been hoping for.  

U.S. and allied forces have now taken in "excess of 3,500 Iraqi 
prisoners," Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said Tuesday.

India and Pakistan Test Missiles Within Hours Of Each Other Top

India test-fired a nuclear-capable surface-to-surface missile 
from a test range in the east of the country, defence ministry 
sources said. The Prithvi was first tested in 1988. (Agence

New Delhi/Islamabad (dpa) - Nuclear rivals India and Pakistan 
held surface-surface missile tests within hours of each other on 
Wednesday, as Pakistan claimed India had failed to inform 
Islamabad in advance as agreed. 

Pakistani Foreign Office spokesman Aziz Ahmed Khan said Pakistan 
told India on Tuesday it would test its Abdali missile and 
expressed surprise at news of India's nuclear-capable missile 
tests on Wednesday. 

"It has come as a surprise to us. We were not notified about the 
test in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) 
signed between the two countries," he said. 

Pakistan's Information Secretary Anwer Mahmood said the test of 
the missile, which has a range of up to 200 kilometres, was not 
held in reaction to the Pirthvi missile tested by India.

I always tried not to be biased but we can see clearly that 
from the beginning of the the bombardment. Anything that is 
reported by the Iraqi is hard to believe. I would only believe 
that they are fighting what ever way through propaganda and 
involving civilians, so as to gain sympathy and support from 
those that are not aware of their propaganda. Yes I will agree 
the coalition also play their own propaganda to win the trust 
of the Iraqi civilians that a regime change will be best for 
them.

One simple report of the casualties on the 1st day of bombing. 
Can you imagine that with the amount of misiles that is sent 
there only 205 are injured not killed and most of them are 
women and children. Ask yourself Why?

I have to laugh at the anti war protestors as the point their 
finger at the United States. Saddam and the Islamic Jihad as a 
whole is equally if not more responsible for continued war. 
Since when is it just the U.S. and I do not want to hear all the 
sob stories about America being a terrorist. That simply is 
bullshit. My main problem with GW is over, he finally got the 
balls to say enough! For that I am grateful. I hate war and all 
the bigoted reasons for it. But this war was declared on us in 
1979! If you or anyone doesn't understand this, I can show you a 
pin with a picture of Saddam on it. It has a bullet hole in his 
head and it is dated 1991. Here some 12 years later the war is 
being brought to a close. Why? Because the very sit talkers who 
claim they are opposed to war are in fact responsible for more 
dead Iraqis than this war will produce as a whole. The U.N. 
Sanctions that FRANCE, GERMANY and RUSSIA are insisting on 
continuing have killed more Iraq civilians than this war will. 
This all at America's expense! Yes we must end this war now. Yes 
it will force the Muslim reformation. The Muslim is the last 
religion to go through reformation on earth. They are the ONLY 
religion that still insists on genocide and world dominance.
